know how to blog, but a friend of mine is starting a blog so I said I would also (what?? jump off a cliff?? sounds like a great idea!) It occurs to me now, 28 hours later that I don't really know how to write a blog. Well I don't care. You don't really know how to read one do you? I mean do you? OK..Right.. fair enough. You do.
Either way - for now, I'm doing this. At least I'll try.

Enjoy a Picture of my Pasta - I make this one a lot. I put different things in it depending on what I have on hand. Sometimes I quickly fry the tomatoes & kalamata olives in balsamic dressing. I was too tired to do that tonight. Here is what's in it now = Pasta-Pesto-Grilled Zucchini - Chicken -Crumbled Herb Feta - Kalamata Olives - Spinach - Grape Tomatoes.
